Lostende Tours Payment and Cancellation Policy

A $500 deposit is required to reserve a spot for the cycling tour. Once a deposit is received, a reservation confirmation is made, and final payment is due 60 days prior to tour date. Cancellation policy is as follows:

If a cancellation is made after deposit but 90 days before the start date of the tour, $250 is returned.
Within 90 to 60 days of the start date all of the deposit is retained.
Within 60 to 30 days of the start date 50% of the tour cost is refunded.
Within 30 days of the tour start 25% of the tour cost is refunded.
No refunds are available once the trip commences. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, including weather or other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, in which case a full refund of the cost – including deposit – will be issued.

Note that the price for the tour is listed in Euros, and the actual cost of the tour in dollars will be based on the value of the Euro 15 days prior to the start date of the tour. In the event that the value of the Euro has changed more than 5% from its value at the time of full payment, the difference will be due to Lostende Tours or returned to you, depending on if the Euro has gained or lost value.
